Dave Jefferson, MSHRM

Dave is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with over 30 years of experience. After a successful career with the U.S. Air Force, he held various HR management positions including his own HR Consulting company in Tucson Arizona. His experience is heavily involved in Compensation, Strategic HR, Organizational Development, Benefits, Staffing, and Performance Management. He entered the National Association of Professional Employer Organization (NAPEO) Industry in San Antonio, Texas in 2000 as the HR Director for a local PEO. Dave moved to Florida in 2004 and joined an enthusiastic team with a young start-up PEO, Simple HR, based in Destin FL. He developed the company Benefits Program and eventually assumed the position as Director of Human Resources. He was promoted to his current role in 2007. Today, Simple HR operates primarily in six Southeastern States and earned consecutive honors by Florida Trend Magazine as one of the top small companies to work for in Florida, a prestigious honor to such a young company.
