Retaliation:  Two Can Play That Game

We all know what retaliation is … or do we? Retaliation is our first instinct when we feel attacked - it’s human nature. Combine that with the many protections that exist for employees to claim unlawful retaliation and it’s no surprise that retaliation claims are now the single most frequent type of claim brought these days. For these reasons, retaliation claims are tough to defend. At this presentation, we will discuss the different types of retaliation and how to avoid or lessen the risk of liability for unlawful retaliation in the workplace.
