This position is located at one of the Emerald Coast Campus sites and
provides the following services within the Division of Continuing
Education: develops and promotes education programs for Emerald Coast area
professionals; develops and delivers custom training programs for Emerald
Coast businesses; hires and evaluates instructors; and recruits students,
corporate partners and government organizations to participate in new and
existing seminars.
The duration of this position is subject to the availability of funds. It
is initially being funded for a two year period, after which its continuation will depend upon the incumbent having created a sufficient
increase in Continuing Education's annual revenue to support the full cost
of the position.
Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in an appropriate area of
specialization, or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of
specialization and two years of appropriate experience.
Prefer: Experience in continuing education, business sales or training, or
as an entrepreneur. Higher education experience is a plus.
