Michelle Anderson
Michelle Anderson is the Human Resources Director for Kitchen & Bath Center. Michelle has 10 years experience in Human Resources. She is an SHRM National member and has been a member of local chapters of SHRM since 1998. Michelle has served SHRM – ECC board for 4 years as the Workforce Readiness Chair and the Programs Director. She also is a volunteer with the Panhandle Job Fair Foundation, Inc.

Michele Burns
Michele is District Manager for Kelly Services and has been with Kelly in the Fort Walton Beach area for over 18 years. She earned a Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of West Florida. She has been a member of SHRM-ECC since 1989 holding various board positions. She currently serves as Chair-Elect on the Board for Workforce Connection, member of the Elks Lodge and volunteer with the Emerald Coast Foundation and Toys for Tots.

Peggy Fountain, PHR
Peggy works with DRS Training
and Control Systems, Inc. Along with her Finance/Accounting background, she also served more than 15 years in the Human Resource field. Peggy is a member of both National SHRM and SHRM-Emerald Coast Chapter.

Shayla Farmer
Michaela “Shayla” Farmer is a Human Resources Generalist with Northrop Grumman Technical Services in Fort Walton Beach, FL. She has been in the HR field for four years having worked as a recruiter and in Civilian Personnel with the Department of the Air Force. She also worked for three years with the Department of Defense in Finance and Accounting. Shayla earned a Master of Public Administration in 2006 and is currently pursuing a PhD in Organization and Management, with a specialization in Human Resources Management through Capella University and is also a SHRM-National member.

Relations: Charlie Ray
Charles K. Ray is the Director of Human Resources at the Air Force Enlisted Village, Inc. He is responsible for developing policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and employee services. Prior to assuming this position Mr. Ray retired from the United States Air Force after more than 30 years service. Mr. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois and he also holds an Associate of Arts degree from St. Leo College, St. Leo, Florida.

Tina has been a Recruiter with Cox Communications Gulf Coast since June 2004. She holds a Bachelors degree in Management from Troy University and became PHR certified in June 2007. Tina has been a member of SHRM – ECC since 2005

at Large - Hospitality: Lavonne Vasquez
LaVonne is a Community Readiness Consultant (Subject Matter of Expertise in Transition Assistance) at the Hurlburt Field Family Support Center. She has been a career counselor with the Support Center since 1992 and joined SHRM-ECC at that time. LaVonne received her Masters of Science degree in Management from Troy State University in 1989, and has since been taking classes toward a Master’s degree in counseling. Prior to moving to the area LaVonne spent 10 years on active duty with the US Air Force. Her initial involvement with SHRM was at Chanute AFB, IL when she started in the Transition Assistance field. LaVonne has assisted the SHRM-ECC Hospitality Chair previously.

at Large - Diversity: Carla Scott, PHR
Carla is currently the Staffing Manager at TYBRIN Corporation. Carla has 15 years of HR experience in various industries that include – Defense, Telecommunications and Finance. She is currently pursuing a Management degree at Troy University and has been a member of SHRM-ECC since 2003.

Stacey Tobik
Stacey is a Human Resources Generalist at The Boeing Company and has 8 years of human resources experience. She earned a bachelors degree at Florida State University in Education with a minor in British Literature. Stacey has worked closely with the United Way of Okaloosa and Walton Counties for 7 years, and is presently serving on the Funds Distribution Committee. She is a member of both SHRM National and SHRM-ECC and has previously served on the SHRM-ECC board as Director of Diversity, Director of Programs and President.

Accreditation/Education: Robin
Grobsmith, SPHR
Robin Grobsmith, SPHR is the Human Resources Manager for Jacobs Technology (formerly Sverdrup Technology) TEAS Group since April 1994. Jacobs Technology is an engineering services firm employing 700 people in the Fort Walton Beach area at Eglin, Hurlburt and Tyndall Air Force Bases.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Grobsmith worked for the Sumter County Chamber of Commerce; Pacer Systems, a service contractor supporting the Navy in Panama City Beach, FL; the Governor of Pennsylvania as the Human Resource administrator for the cabinet and various other companies supporting their HR departments.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Masters in Human Resource Management. She is certified by HRCI at the Senior Professional in Human Resources level (SPHR) and serves as the accreditation chair for SHRM- Emerald Coast chapter. She is married and has one son.

& Web Site Coordinator: Sharon Adams, PHR
Sharon Adams is a Senior Supervisor with Kelly Services, A Fortune 500 International Staffing Agency. She has been recruiting and staffing Administrative, Light Industrial, Accounting, and Technical Professionals since 2000. She was previously employed with the State of Florida for 18 years in various capacities including Child Protective Investigator, Juvenile Probation and Intake/Court Officer, and Foster Care/Adoptions Counselor. Sharon is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S.) with Co-majors in Psychology and Criminology. She is a member of the Emerald Coast Business Women's Association. She joined SHRM-ECC in 2006.

Michelle is a Human Resources Generalist for Qualis Corporation. Qualis Corporation is a high technology business providing technical services in
the areas of engineering analysis, design, testing, and support services to both commercial and Government customers. She has been in the Human
Resources field for over 10 years and became SPHR certified in January 2007. She is a member of both SHRM National and SHRM-ECC. Michelle is
also a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).

Ken Mallory
Ken is the Human Resources Director for Micro Systems, Inc. in Ft. Walton Beach. He has been in the Human Resources field for over 30 years including 24 years active duty in the United States Air Force. He earned his Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management in 1999 and also holds an Associates Degree in Personnel Management. Ken is an active member of the Emerald Coast Business Leadership Network where he serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of both the National SHRM and the SHRM-ECC.

Molder
Ester Molder is the Community Outreach Coordinator for the University of
West Florida Emerald Coast in Fort Walton Beach. She is responsible for
providing career exploration assistance to students and offers employer
development and experiential learning by organizing internship, co-op,
volunteer, and employment opportunities. She is also a volunteer with the
Panhandle Job Fair. Ester has her Bachelor’s degree in Communication
Studies from Loyola Marymount University and Master’s degree in College
Student Personnel from The University of Tennessee.

Lee Harmon
Lee Harmon began his career in the insurance industry in 1997. In
May 2004, Lee started Superior Insurance Solutions. Lee is a
native of Trenton, Georgia. He retired from the United States Air
Force after 20 years of active service. He earned a Bachelor of
Science degree in Occupational Education (1983), an Associate of
Science degree in Pharmacy Technology (1981), and a Master of
Science degree in Counseling and Human Development (1995). He is a
member of the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce, the
Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Gulf Breeze
Chamber of Commerce. He participates in several committees,
involved in many local charities, and is an active member of the
Navarre Community Emergency Response Team. He is a member of the
SHRM-Emerald Coast Chapter and the Florida and National Associations of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Readiness: Lynndriette Rome, PHR
Lynndriette is a Human Resource Generalist with The Boeing Company. She has over 14 years of experience in the personnel/human resources field, 11 of those being in the US Air Force. Lynndriette earned a BA in Human Resources Administration from Saint Leo University and is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in Management with Troy State University. Lynndriette is a member of both SHRM National and SHRM-ECC and has previously served on the board as Director of Diversity for two years.
