Tami Manard, PHR
Tami Manard has been the Deputy Director, Human Resources with TYBRIN Corporation since February 2005. Prior to her employment with TYBRIN, Tami served as Director of Human Resources with Micro Systems, Inc. for 10 years. Other human resource positions held by Ms. Manard include Human Resources Representative with Waste Management Inc. and Director Human Resources for Marriott Hotels. Ms. Manard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and has held the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification since 1992. She served on the board of the SHRM-Emerald Coast Chapter for 10 years holding various positions including Legislation, Workforce Readiness, Public Relations, Certification Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, President Elect and President.

Robin Grobsmith, SPHR
Robin Grobsmith, SPHR has been the Human Resources Manager for Jacobs Technology TEAS Group since April 1994. Jacobs Technology is an engineering services firm employing 700 people in the Fort Walton Beach area at Eglin, Hurlburt and Tyndall Air Force Bases. Prior to her current position, Ms. Grobsmith worked for the Sumter County Chamber of Commerce; Pacer Systems, a service contractor supporting the Navy in Panama City Beach, FL; the Governor of Pennsylvania as the Human Resource administrator for the cabinet and various other companies supporting their HR departments. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Masters in Human Resource Management. She is certified by HRCI at the Senior Professional in Human Resources level (SPHR) and teaches the accreditation class for the University of West Florida. She is married and has one son.

Kate Doheny is the Human Resources Manager for the Workforce Development Board of Okaloosa and Walton Counties. She received her PHR Certification in 2010 and has worked in the Human Resources, Finance, International Contracting and Import/Exporting for the past 22 years. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University in Minneapolis, MN. Kate has served on the Board of Directors for Shelter House and the International World Trade Association in Minneapolis. Kate is a member in the National SHRM and has been a member of SHRM-ECC since 2010.

Lane C. Rees is President of Human Resource Solutions, Inc., a management consulting company providing human resource expertise for progressive organizations nationally. Human Resource Solutions has assisted clients in improving organization and people effectiveness for over ten years. The firm has helped client organizations -- businesses, not for profits and governments -- with developing strategic plans, conducting salary studies and developing compensation programs, facilitating board meetings, improving organization design, recruiting and staffing, preparing personnel policies and procedures, improving employee communication methods, conducting training and development programs, identifying and solving personnel problems, and aligning employees to accomplish organizational goals. Rees is a national member of the Society of Human Resources Management and serves on the first President of the HR Roundtable.

at Large - Membership: Teresa Kaliski, PHR
Teresa Kaliski is the Human Resources Generalist for Simple HR. She has held her national certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since 2003 and has more than 20 years progressive Human Resources experience. She is a Certified Mediator through the Institute for Conflict Management in the state of California. Her professional experience began as a staffing coordinator with a National Bank, promoted to Benefits and Payroll. She continued her HR career with a non-profit Senior Insurance company in California where she held many leadership roles in key areas such as benefits, training, health and wellness and employee relations. Since joining Simple HR in January 2006, Teresa has been instrumental in developing HR programs and processes to serve the needs of Simple HR Clients. As the Department Administrator for Human Resources she is involved in risk management, labor law, preventative employee relations, coaching and training, performance management, and state unemployment. Teresa is also involved in numerous community projects and is a member of the national and local HR Associations.

Chris Luchsinger is a Senior Lead Recruiter with BAE Systems – Aerospace Solutions. He has been involved with technical recruiting, staffing, and training since 1997. A prior service Army Infantryman, he currently serves as a member of the US Army Reserves. He is a graduate of Troy University with a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and the University of West Florida with a BA in English. Chris has held the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification since June 2002.

at Large - Hospitality: Meredith Painter
Meredith Painter is a Senior Staffing Supervisor with Kelly Services. She began her career with Kelly in Lancaster, PA in 1996. Meredith then worked for Kelly in Columbia, SC and subsequently transferred to the Kelly office in Fort Walton Beach in 2002. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Auburn University in 1995 and recently obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Meredith began her membership in SHRM-ECC this year. She serves as Correspondence Secretary and Treasurer of the Emerald Coast Business Leadership Network. During her personal time Meredith serves as a Girl Scout leader in the Navarre area, and has done so for the past 8 years. She enjoys scrapbooking, deep sea fishing, spending time with family, and riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle with her husband.

Michele Burns is District Manager for Kelly Services and has been with Kelly in the Fort Walton Beach area for over 20 years. She is a native of the area and earned her Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of West Florida. She has been a member of SHRM-ECC since 1989 holding various board positions and is currently President. Michele is also a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). She volunteers with the Elks Lodge where she is a member and also with Toys for Tots.

Kay Godwin
Kay Godwin is the Human Resources Director for Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners. She is a native of Okaloosa County with over 29 years of human resources experience. Kay has a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration from St. Leo College and a Master of Public Administration degree from Troy State University. She is certified by HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and is a long-time member of SHRM National and SHRM/ECC serving as Secretary of the Board in 2003 and 2004, Public Relations Chair in 2009 and 2010, and Accreditation Chair in 2011. She is also a member of the American Society of Training and Development, the Florida Public Human Resources Association, and a mentor with Take Stock in Children, Okaloosa Public Schools Foundation.

Sharon Adams
Sharon Adams is currently employed as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter with DRS Training & Control Systems, LLC, a division of DRS- Defense Solutions. DRS TCS provides advanced products and services in a number of critical areas in support of the war fighter and the peace keeper. She was previously employed with Kelly Services for ten years as a Senior Staffing Supervisor and with the State of Florida for 18 years in various capacities including Child Protective Investigator, Juvenile Probation Officer, Intake/Court Officer, Foster Care/Adoptions Counselor and Group Treatment Leader. Sharon earned a Bachelor of Science with Co-majors in Psychology and Criminology from Florida State University (Go Noles). She joined SHRM-ECC in 2006. This will be her sixth year to volunteer on the board, previously holding the positions of Website and Bylaws chair, Communications chair and Legislative chair. She was originally certified by the HRCI as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 2008 and recertified in 2011.

Revenue Chairman: Mike Carraway
Mike Carraway is Vice President of the Financial Services Division of Fisher- Brown, Inc. Mike has been in the employee benefits business for over 20 years. Before joining Fisher-Brown, Inc. in 2000, his extensive background began in 1987 with a Third Party Administrator specializing in fully and self-insured medical plans, followed by several years as a sales representative for carriers such as Principal, Humana, and BCBS of SC.
Mike's experience on the carrier side allows him to provide the highest level of service to his clients that range from 100 - 3,000 employees. Mike has positioned Fisher-Brown, Inc. as a leader in the employee benefits market and this leadership allows them to negotiate the most favorable plans and costs for their clients.

Readiness: Larry Tipton
Larry has been employed with JobsPlus and the Workforce Development Board for the past three years. He is currently the Director of Business Services working with employers and job seekers and monitoring the local business landscape. Larry has worked in multiple career fields and has developed a wide array of business and human resource knowledge. Larry proudly served 20 years in the Air Force as a mechanic, manufacturing engineer, and recruiting manager. Following his retirement, he was employed by American Water Company for 14 years as an Operations Superintendent managing local water supply systems in Indiana. Larry so enjoyed the Florida panhandle living when he was stationed here in the early 1980's that he elected to return and currently resides in Crestview near family and grandkids.

Ambassador: Ken Mallory
Ken is the Human Resources Director for Micro Systems, Inc., a Department of Defense contractor supplying aerial target command systems. He has worked in the Human Resources field for 35 years, including 24 years active duty in the United States Air Force. Prior to his current position, Ken was the Director of Human Resources for Gulf Coast Youth Services, a contracted organization with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Personnel Management and a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University. Ken served on the board of the SHRM-ECC as Communications Chair in 2008 and 2009, as well as being the Chapter Ambassador for the HR Florida State Conference in 2010 and 2011. He has been a Mentor with Take Stock in Children, Okaloosa Public Schools Foundation for the past five years. Ken is a member of the National SHRM and has been a member of SHRM-ECC since 2005.

Rebecca Pazik
Rebecca Pazik is the Center Manager for the Workforce Development Board of Okaloosa and Walton Counties/JobsPlus. She currently serves in this role at the Walton County JobsPlus, located in DeFuniak Springs. In her current role, she is responsible for the oversight of the Center in as well as all other activities involving JobsPlus in Walton County. She began her career with JobsPlus in January 2006 as a Career Counselor. She was promoted to the Center Manager position in October 2007 and continues to serve dual roles as both Center Manager and as a Career Counselor for those residents who need to be retrained in another career. In previous employment, Rebecca has served in Marketing, Advertising and many managerial roles. She is a National SHRM member and has been active in the Walton County chapter for many years. Rebecca has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of West Florida.

Relations Chair: Laura Kirby
Laura Kirby is a Corporate Relocation Coordinator for Coldwell Banker United REALTORS in Northwest Florida. She works with companies that have transferees moving to the area and helps them relocate. Coldwell Banker United, is a full service company that has 42 offices and is consistently the number one real estate company on the Emerald Coast. Laura earned her bachelor's degree in Advertising/Marketing at the University of Florida. She has been in marketing and the real estate field for 25 years.
